TandemED organizes urban communities to self-design and deliver educational content that provides purpose and motivation for youth to engage the learning in public schools. TandemED achieves our mission to reverse challenging urban youth outcomes by organizing communities to lead youth education and development, facilitating the design of the community’s own youth education and development content, and supporting the implementation of that content through both formal educational structures and other media and technological platforms.
