For Harvard students and teams wanting to test and refine their ideas and ventures, i-lab programming includes a number of resources that place students in less structured environments in order to ‘learn by doing’.
Join Professor Joe Lassiter, Senator John Heinz Professor of Management Practice in Environmental Management at Harvard Business School and i-lab Faculty Chair, for a workshop on how to write a winning Deans' Challenge proposal. Prof. Lassiter will go through how your proposal will be judged and discuss what elements to address in framing your ideas and hypotheses. He will also address team composition, implementability, financial and regulatory viability as well as how to measure impact of these projects.
Following the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to mingle, form teams and participate in discussions on the 4 focus areas:
• Responsive Cities
• Urban Metabolisms
• The Future of Consumption
• Aging in Place
