Opening Event

The Harvard Innovation Lab was opened on November 18, 2011.

During our celebration, Joseph B. Lassiter III, Senator John Heinz Professor of Management Practice in Environmental Management, and Faculty Chair, Harvard Innovation Lab, Dean Nitin Nohria, Harvard Business School, President Drew Faust, Harvard University, and Mayor Thomas M. Menino, City of Boston, spoke and welcomed the i-lab as a new and innovative initiative that fosters team-based and entrepreneurial activities and deepens interactions among Harvard students, faculty, entrepreneurs, and members of the Allston and Greater Boston community.
